Ickes Master Developer, JV LLC, the Chicago Housing Authority, McShane Construction, Powers & Sons, and Target Group hosted an outreach and networking event for the construction of the upcoming Southbridge Project, located at 2350 S State Street. Representatives from the project team discussed the project and outline upcoming contracting opportunities at Southbridge, formerly Harold Ickes Homes.
In the coming months, there will be other outreach and networking opportunities for tradesmen to become involved. The Southbridge team presented to the Southside Builders Association their upcoming plans and looking forward to presenting to various groups; as the project picks up steam.
