Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Southbridge’s (“SB” or “We”) website found at www.southbridgechicago.com (the “Website”). Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Website.
All proposed amenities are subject to change without notice. Lifestyle photography does not reflect any ethnic or racial preference. Floor plans, renderings and pricing are subject to change without notice.
If developed as currently entitled, the overall master planned development known as Southbridge, may consist of residential, as well as commercial and retail/food service uses, recreational facilities and other amenities, to be developed in multiple phases. Artists’ renderings depicted herein are conceptual only; there is no assurance of further development nor that the overall project will be developed as shown. Currently planned improvements may never actually be built and areas currently entitled for one use may be developed in the future with another use. You should not buy or rent a home in reliance upon the future development or proposed amenities, or lack thereof, of any part of Southbridge.
Neither Ickes Master Developer JV LLC, The Community Builders, Inc., McCaffery Interests, Inc., The Habitat Companies, successors, partners, or assigns, nor any future homebuilder is responsible for updating you on future changes to the development plans.
Termination
SB may terminate or suspend access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Use of Website Material
The Website contains content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, or other proprietary rights. All such content is and shall solely remain the intellectual property of SB. You may not modify, transmit, participate in the sale or transfer of, or create derivative works based on any Website content, in part or in whole.

What is the purpose of this privacy policy?
In order to successfully carry out its mission, Southbridge, its owners, partners, affiliates, successors and or assigns, rely on trusting relationships. This trust must extend to our professional partners, the communities that we serve and all those interested in our mission, including our website patrons. With this privacy policy, we intend to ensure the protection of any voluntarily offered personal information in a manner that fosters valuable, trusting and long-standing relationships.
What information do we collect?
We only collect voluntarily provided information. Other than employment applications, southbridgechicago.com only collects first names, last names, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.
For employment applicants, we require an applicant’s first name, last name, email address, mailing address and phone number, with additional voluntary fields for gender, ethnicity, veteran status and disability status.
How do we collect and use your information?
We collect information from website patrons through our “Stay Updated” form and our “Contact Us” form. We only use information provided by website patrons to send requested email newsletters and respond to online inquiries.
We collect information from employment applicants submitted via email. We only use information provided by employment applicants to evaluate their capacity to perform the duties associated with the particular job and appropriately send follow-up correspondence.
Any personal information provided by website patrons or employment applicants will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
How can you update your information or opt out of receiving our newsletter?
